EDEA Ice Skating boots
Sabrina Merlo, the granddaughter of Risport founder Armando Rizzo, founded the EDEA brand in 2002 and introduced numerous new ideas and innovative approaches to skate manufacturing. Research, development, and production take place in Italy and focus exclusively on roller skating and figure skating boots. A characteristic feature of EDEA skates is their lightweight construction without an outsole, which also results in a lower center of gravity, allowing for better control of the boot on the ice.
