1. Which personal data is processed?
We process the personal data provided by customers. This includes, in particular, name, address, telephone number, and email address. The legal basis for processing personal data is the customer's consent.
2. For what purposes is our customers' personal data used?

The customer may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The customer may request that Sporthandel Jakubec & Partner KG erase their personal data without undue delay.
